Why we standardize on Telephony under the hood
Twilio is the default CPaaS everyone knows — and Flex is a strong contact-center product if you want per-seat licenses plus usage. DialProng is not Flex: we are a purpose-built outbound floor with our own engine, coach, and workspace model.
Telephony gives programmable voice with lower per-minute rates, native SIP, and APIs familiar enough that many Twilio XML apps port by changing credentials. Customers never manage those credentials — DialProng does.

When Twilio still wins
Choose Twilio Flex when you are already all-in on ConversationRelay or a Twilio ISV program with committed spend credits — and you want to build a contact center yourself. Choose DialProng when you want an outbound agency floor with prepaid usage and zero carrier ops.
