Under the hood
The DialProng stack — what we run for you
Next.js platform, SQLite tenancy, real-time dialer engine, Claude coach, OpenAI ASR, Telephony telephony, and a prepaid usage wallet — designed for agencies, not a repurposed single-tenant CRM dialer.

Three layers
Clear separation keeps margins and compliance where they belong.
- Experience — Next.js app on app.dialprong.com, marketing on dialprong.com, role-aware consoles
- Dialer engine — 1s tick loop, progressive + multi-line (Prong), SSE live floor, inbound ACD
- Tenancy — platform → agency → workspace; subaccountId on operational data
We run (you never wire these)
- Telephony platform trunk — DIDs, originate, AMD, presence purchase
- Anthropic API — live coach + post-call analysis
- OpenAI API — live + post-call transcription (audio only)
- Session auth scoped to app host — marketing site stays logged out
- Workspace API (/api/v1/events) with hashed keys and signed webhooks
You manage
- Agency or Business plan + floor seats
- Prepaid usage wallet top-ups
- Campaign lists, scripts, dispositions, and compliance
- Optional: Workspace API keys / webhooks for your CRM sync
AI lanes (never mixed)
Reasoning stays on Anthropic. Audio stays on OpenAI. Each feature resolves a task id — live coach uses the speed tier; post-call analysis uses the reasoning tier with a documented fallback path. Gemini is unsupported.
